A Challenge?

Are you up for a challenge?  A sweet Facebook friend of mine started this and I just couldn't resist.

"Pay it Forward 2011: I promise to send something handmade to the first 5 people who leave a comment here. They must in turn post this and send something they make to the first 5 people who comment on their status. *The rules are that it must be handmade by you and it must be sent to your 5 people sometime in 2011."
Are you interested?  The rules are fairly easy and your projects can be anything:  a birthday card, a quilt, cookies, an album, even an altered item.  Most of us would be doing this kind of thing anyway.  So, are you interested?
I have two participants right now.  Who wants to be lucky numbers 3-5?  Or dare I say, maybe even more than that?
You'll get a surprise from me.  You'll get to have some fun creative time.  You'll get to bring joy to 5 other people.  Now that sounds like a sweet deal to me.  If you want in, leave a comment here or e-mail me at ijr41ug @ yahoo.com (please take out the spaces).
Happy Creative Time!

Oooo, this sounds like SO much FUN! Now, we physically send something? Well, DUH, Sue, of course but how do we get addresses? I'm a little dense on how this is going to work but I'm in! This is SO cool!

Yay, Sue! You're in. I'll be asking you for your address (privately, of course).

For those of you without blogs or Facebook accounts, you can RAK someone. They probably won't pick 5 more people to return the favor but it's still in the spirit of the challenge.

May I post this on my facebook account? I'll give it a shot, too.

Sounds like FUN! You should have no problem getting 5, Facebook or blog.

Of course, Sue!

Games, does that mean you want to participate?

OK - I'm in. I know I can do this by the end of the year. Now just where to post mine. Guess I'll go to facebook.
