Just like the Lacey Daisy file, this file comes as a complete card and as a hinged topper so you can cut it out of two different pieces of card stock. What Lacey Star Card has that Lacey Daisy does not is the ability to show off other papers through the openings in the centers of the stars.
I think this file would be perfect for any patriotic greeting and for congratulatory ones too. Imagine this: "You're my star!" or "You're the brightest in my sky!"
