Water Balloons

I have a fun new file and our kids are itching to put it to good use.  See:

It's available here and it cuts like a dream. 

Yep, like always, I test cut every single file.  Nothing leaves my computer until I know it has passed my cutter with flying colors.  In this case, that is a really good thing because our kiddos LOVE water balloons so, since I already have this file all cut out, it will be put to good use soon.
