Where Did It Go?

What happened to our week-end?  It was supposed to be a long week-end but it zoomed by faster than a short one. 

The kiddos had Friday off of school.  Half of the county got Friday off so that they could attend the State Fair.  Next month, the other half of the county will get a day off so that they can go to the Strawberry Festival. 

We've lived here for three years now and have not attended either event.  LOL!  We did go to Busch Gardens on Friday and we got some cool pictures too.  I'll have to share them tomorrow.

Saturday was for chores and, of course, Sunday we went to feed the homeless and then to church.  It was cold--for us--so we brought out hats and gloves.  They were very much appreciated!
