Another Trophy

We are proud to announce that Bryce now has another trophy to add to his collection.

He got second place in the Pine Wood Derby this past week-end.  That's really good since he just finished his car two days beforehand.  LOL!  He's a happy boy and is excited to try again at the District race in a few weeks.

As for my oral surgery, I'm sad to say it never happened.  I didn't chicken out.  Really, I didn't.  I just got this sneaking suspicion that something wasn't right.  It wasn't with the dentist nor with the work that needed to be done.  Rather, I lost my confidence when the billing clerk tried to convince me that I had already used up all my dental benefits for the entire year.  ("Um, it's January." was the first thing that ran through my head.)  So, anyway, I got the work done that absolutely had to be done and we're going to do our research.  Who knows?  We might be seeing a new dentist in the near future and if we don't, we'll be sure to know we aren't being overcharged.

I hope your week-end was a fun one.   Now, I'd better get back to work so there will be more cutting fun in your future.

Until next time, Happy Creative Time!

CONGRATS to Bryce! WTG!!!!!!!! Best of luck in the District race!

I'm sorry your surgery didn't go as planned and that's CRAZY that you have already "used up your benefits" in JANUARY! Something is VERY wrong there...

Have a GREAT day!

WTG Bryce! He is growing up! Slow down, mom and dad want to enjoy everything. *smile*

Glad you decided to go to another dentist. Something sounds fishy there.

Congratulations to him! My grandson placed second locally but didn't win at the larger competitions. He has much to be proud of! Give him my best.
