Round 3--Even More Prizes

Congratulations to Ginger who not only was the first to respond with the correct guess but also supplied the name of the monument. Yesterday’s pictures were of The Spirit of Sacrifice Monument at the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas.

Congratulations also to the winner of the random drawing:

If you two gorgeous ladies could e-mail me with your choice of free file, I’ll send it out to you as soon as I can.

Thank you, everyone, for playing with me. It’s fun. So much so, I’m ready for Round 3. Are you?

There’s one little hitch, though. Da Hubby Bubby says that I’m making it too easy on you. The only clue I’m allowed to give you is that this is still an active mission serving the local Native American population. Even though this mission was founded in 1692 and construction of this church began in 1783, it was not completed until 1797. Among other things, they still celebrate daily and week-end Mass without air conditioning. Phew! It’s very hot too!

Please e-mail me at ijr41ug @ yahoo.com (please, take out the spaces) with your guess of state and the name of the mission. The first person with the correct answer will get their choice of a free file. The rest of the guesses will go into a random drawing for another choice of a free file.

But wait! I’ll hold a second random drawing if you can tell me the name of the Native American population that this mission serves.

Good luck!

Until next time, Happy Creative Time!
