What A Craze!

I must confess; I've caved and allowed my kiddos to join in on the latest craze. You guessed it: those brightly colored, shaped silicon bands a.k.a. silly, wacky, crazy, zany and rubba bands. They certainly are wildly popular. Regardless of your opinion of these goofy things, I'm sure you're wondering the same thing I am: Why didn't I think of that?

Hey, if you can't beat them, sometimes you just have to scrap about them. LOL! And you can do just that with this week's free file.

While this file is offered freely here, it is still governed by my Terms of Use. Thank you for sending your friends here to download the file for themselves. It's much appreciated!

Just a word of caution, one parent to another. Those loopy braclets are also a part of the "friends with benefits" craze as well. Do be sure to approach them with that as well. They don't want to send a "misread" message with these silly things.

Well...I'm thinking now that school is out I won't have to give into the craze. I didn't know a thing about them but we were in the video store the other day and a lady had a boy with her whose arms were covered in them and she was looking for more. Then at the bus stop yesterday the one child my son's age had one. He wanted to trade it with someone else to get a different shape. Anyway, I downloaded your wonderful file just in case I have to give in to the craze! I guess things have progressed though...when I went to school it was jelly bracelets and they were just round!

This is what my kids would call awesome! I also allowed them to have these, and it has been fun and not too expensive, unlike many other crazes.
When our team went to Haiti, one lady brought several packages, bought by a friend's children with their own money, to pass out to the children at a couple of the orphanages we visited. They were a big hit, especially when the kids learned that they were different shapes. Such joy! And now I have a great file to use on a page about that. Thanks!

cute file thanks! I have never seen or heard of these bands before, but the kids do have the straight bands that they collect here (jelly bands ?) Charities also use them as incentives for kids to take part.
