Putting It Out There

I'm probably going out on a limb here but I want to know what you think. I made a file that is a little different than what you're probably used to seeing come from me. Here it is:

Here's another take on it:
So, tell me, what do you think? Would you use this file? How? Seriously, share with me your vision. There just may be a prize involved. LOL!

Until next time, Happy Creative Time!

Well when I look at it I see... H's (that's what everyone calls my hubby "H") but I can also see this as a seashore fence with shells or grasses. Would also work as an abstract background for a scrap page :)

I like it! (maybe not in purple but I like it :) )

My first thought is a fence on a sandy beach, and sand dunes with grass. I think it's a great file!

My first thought was the fence around the dunes also. It also could be the fence around a kid made clubhouse. sideways it looks like a boardwalk. I just went back to look again and it seemed to read HA HA HA

I also saw a fence. It's different and unique and I like it. I bet I could find a use for it. I think it's super!

I personally would not use this file unless somebody came up with a great idea for it. The ideas mentioned thus far aren't enough to get me to want to use it over other fences (etc.) that I've seen. I'm with the first person who posted, though. The brown one definitely looks better. :O)

Hmm, I'm seeing it as a fence in front of a haunted house, or as a background on a card with flowers or vines in front of it. I also see it on a beach scene or even a snow fence on a snow scene. Lots of uses here--I'm also seeing a sort of Asian influence kinda thing--like bambooish look.

Of course a fence comes to mind, at the beach with rocks and seaweed among the slate, or in the meadow with wildflowers growing up it or a third use would be to turn it 1/4 turn and stamp words on it.

I like it! I just looks like a little picket fence you'd see outside an old house or along a beach like the others have said. I too like the brown version best. I don't ski but could they be a jumble of ski' s lined up against a wall. Add a couple of "A's" and you have ha ha ha ha. Turn it sideways and maybe it's rickity stairs.

I agree with all the previous comments about a fence or use as an abstract on a card or Asian theme but I just love the first option as my favourite colour is brown so you go girl!!!!!! outside the square is always good......

I thought fence at first as well. However, I turned it sideways and thought of different colors for the "boards" making a nice border to fill in space or tie in paper. On the "boards" you could put your jornaling. You could even tuck in smalls pics or memorabilia. This i can use. thank you.

To me they look like they could be bamboo. I could see that very easily on a card done in green with some light brown lines. I think it is very nice.

I think it is pretty neat. Could be a fence for a farm or pasture. It also looks very oriental, expecially held vertically. It is nice to have something different. Good Job!

Ok, I see, old fence on beach, fence on old haunted house, could be used on Disney Layouts for Haunted mansion, or Tiki room, Indiana Jones. Trimmed a bit, could be used as old railroad tracks for Thunder Mountain. I wouldn't probably use it in a color, but in the brown or maybe with whitewash on it. Cute tho.

Ileana I pictured a sand mound with dunes all about it. And that is where I want to be Suzanne

I also see a fence. I'm sure there are lots of ways to use this file.

Is this like the physchology inkspots? LOL!! What I see at first glance is a fence for a LO of a beach scene, but it could also be chopsticks on top of a table ready to eat sushi - am I going way out there?

I must be hungry LOL! Well, at least you got us to use our brains.

OK...I see several possibilities here. I can see like a Tahitian thing going on there (think Tiki), I can see surfboards propped up agains them, or totem faces. I can also see an unusual grove of trees given some interesting tops, or...flipped another way, with some twine, it could be a bridge of sorts. I could see myself playing with this one. My first thought was a fence in front of a haunted house or graveyard scene. Though, reading the other posts, I can see in it various other scenes, as well.

sorry nothing different than what has already been said. Would I use it? Hmmm...probably not. But then I am not as creative as many of the visitors to your blog so maybe if I saw an example file using it that I really liked, I might try it. Just being honest. I love your files, this was just doesn't make me jump up and down excited.

I like all these ideas, but the one I'd probably use would be to do a quarter turn and journal on it. I also love the purple, but I'm very partial to purple.

Wow, I see bamboo forest with a panda bear sitting in front of it (or behind).

How cool, what a neat file. I agree with what everyone else already said. I see using it on a beach page or a beach card :)

Maybe it is this long COLD winter. But I to imagine a fence along a warm summer beach! A garden that needs tending ...
