You can just call me Scrooge tonight! I mean it. LOL!
Tonight is my daughter's school Christmas program and, well . . . I don't want to go. Wah!
Don't get me wrong, I love seeing my daughter perform and I know it brings her such joy to see us watching her. Yet, I just don't like the rest of the stuff that comes along with it. Mostly, I hate dealing with the crowds and I know tonight is going to be one big, jam-packed event from start to finish.
I'd much rather be here at home, creating something beautiful for all of you. Hey, I've got an idea! Do any of you want to go in my place? The crowd's not that bad. LOL! No? Well, say a little prayer for us anyway. We could use it.

I hear you. I have a concert tonight for my stepson Chorus. Tomorrow night for my 4th grade daughter. Thrusday class parties. It seems like it never stops.

Now I know you didn't miss this! But, I do know what you mean about crowds! UGH! LOL
I agree about the crowds, but at least you don't have to go out in the cold, icky snow like we have here.
