Woo Hoo! It's raining. We're finally getting rain. Yippee! It's been a long time since it has rained. Our pond behind our house was completely dry and the turtles were desperately looking for another pond. The grass was nearly all dead as well. So, I'm so excited that we're finally getting rain. I'm sure the turtles and all the other animals are too.
The Spanish lesson went well last night. I know the kids mastered the 5 nouns I taught them and they could demonstrate the 5 verbs too. So, in all, I have to say we were successful. I know the kids had fun and that's what's really important.
I'm also pretty excited about one of the new files I've been working on today. Even my husband had to say it was pretty. I can't wait to share some pictures with you. I'm sure you'll like it. Until then . . .

You can have some of the rain we are getting. I think we have had about 3 days with no rain the past week. I am drowning here...lol
Glad the boys had a great time and it sounds like they mastered quite a few words.
