Shark Valley

Now that school is out, we've been having some fun.  We spent our week-end in Miami.  I'll share more pictures of that later but today, I have a little video for you.

On our way back home, we stopped at Shark Valley.  Nope, it's not on the beach.  It's a part of the Everglades National Park.  We stopped just before the entrance to the park to stretch our legs and the kiddos discovered this:

We suspect someone has been feeding him because we have never seen an alligator swim right up to us before this one.

And here are some pictures from inside Shark Valley:

This bird dives into the water to catch fish but it does not have the oils in its feathers like most water birds so it suns itself so it can dry.

Stay tuned for more pictures and even a free file later this week!

Until then, may your creative time be filled with fun.
