Field Trip!

Part of the "be together" plan for the time being was a field trip.  Yep, the hubby took the day off to go to Cockroach Bay.

I know that sounds kind of yucky but they all had a blast.  The purpose of the trip was to find and learn more about the critters that live there.

No, this is not the invasive species of African snails that are currently eating people's homes.

They also found all kinds of crabs including a Mangrove Tree Crab, a sea horse, and fish.  Of course, it was all catch and release so no critters were harmed in the process.
