The Christmas Season?

Wow!  We enjoyed a truly amazing Christmas.

And today, I just have to go shopping.  I was not planning on that but our son needs another gift.

You see, yesterday, while we were out feeding the homeless, a guy asked for a pair of shoes.  Nobody had any in his size so Bryce took his shoes off and gave them to the man.

Speaking of Christmas and gifts, I just can't resist one more trivia question.

When do the official 12 Days of Christmas begin and end?

Yes, Christmas is a season--not just one day.  There are slightly different variations on the Christmas season according to different countries and denominations too.  So, I will allow for a little bit of leeway in your answers.

The first person who answers correctly will win their choice of a free file and all those who comment will be entered into a random drawing for another free file.

Now, we're off to see if we can find shoes for Bryce's huge feet.  If his feet don't stop growing soon, we'll be forced to special order shoes for him.  Yikes!

Until next time, Happy Creative Time!

That was so SWEET of your son. He is truly blessed!

As for the trivia, it is between Christmas and the Epiphany on Jan 6th.

God bless you all!

You have one amazing son, Ileana. I am sure you are a very proud mother. Thanks for another interesting trivia question. It looks like the 12 days of Christmas actually begin on Christmas Day.

That is so neat that your son would do that and once again I had to research your question and this is what I found:

The Twelve Days of Christmas are the festive days beginning Christmas Day (25 December). This period is also known as Christmastide and Twelvetide. The Twelfth Night of Christmas is always on the evening of 5 January, but the Twelfth Day can either precede or follow the Twelfth Night according to which Christian tradition is followed.[1] Twelfth Night is followed by the Feast of the Epiphany on 6 January. In some traditions, the first day of Epiphany (6 January) and the twelfth day of Christmas overlap.
