A New File

Whoa!  How did it get to be Thursday already?  Did someone borrow my Wednesday?

Wait!  I know what happened.  I've been busy working on files and then we went to Busch Gardens last night, thinking it would be cooler at night.  It was still hot, but we do live in Florida so we can't complain.

As for one of the files I've been working on, here's a peek:

It can be used to mat a photo or as a journal block.  It can also be used to make a note card or maybe a party invitation.

The pink and white, folded note card in the picture was cut from plain white cardstock.  I folded the card, opened it up and used some of my painter's tape to mask off the back of the card at the fold line.  Then, I used a pink chalk ink pad to color the floral flap.

What do you think?

The file will be in the store along with a few others really soon.

Until next time, Happy Creative Time!

Beautiful file!
People in Maryland have been joking about going to Florida to cool off.
I love your inking, but I am so lazy that I would fold it over a piece of scrap cardstock instead of using painter's tape. Then I would have a small reverse-design piece ready to use on another project.
