What Are They Doing?

Thank you so much for all your kind words and well-wishes.  I am feeling better and I hope all is well with you and yours.

I have some of my favorite pictures from our Indiana trip to share with you and a contest too.

Here's one of our oldest, Bryce:

and one of our youngest, Ilaria:

I know these are not the best pictures of them but what they are doing is timeless fun and so they are two of my favorite shots from our trip.

So, tell me, what are they doing?

The first person to guess correctly will win their choice of a free file, and, as usual, everyone who guesses will be entered into a random drawing to win a free file too.  Please enter by commenting below.  You get only one guess and you have until I come back to blog again tomorrow.

What?!?!?  That's too hard?  You want a clue?  Hmm.  Well, I can tell you that it is something that cannot be done where we live in Florida.

Good luck and Happy Creative Time!

My guess is that they trying to catch fireflies with their hands.

It seems to be a good year for them, at least here in Michigan!

Lightening bugs! Not sure if that is it but looks like they had fun and that is all that matters. Love it!

They are catching fireflies! My children love doing that. Of course we live in a suburb of Chicago so we get to do it every summer. Looks like they're having fun.

I will guess they are catching fireflies by the look of there hands so much fun on a summer night ( I have solar ones that make me smile at the rv) - Enjoy the fun and joy of the kids they grow up to fast -my youngest flew the coop on the first so it is a little quiet here - but right now my gs is here for the day having a nap now listening to raffi - I love kids songs too - have a great rest and enjoy the summer

Looks like catching fireflies. but once again I am too late and others have already guessed it. I hope my kids can see some in a few weeks in NE.

I'd say catching lightening bugs. I took Kate out the other night and tried to catch some with her. They seem to be so many out this year. Brings back so many childhood memories.

Absolutely catching fireflies.

Yep, catching fireflies--or maybe crickets! Just kidding--when we were kids we'd catch frogs--and also fireflies!

I remember catching fireflies as a little girl. Put them in a jar and watch the jar light up. then sad to have to let them go later. Wonderful memories, thanks for sharing

I said fireflies but I know some call them lightning bugs, too. LOL
