Thank you for the condolences for Snowball. We miss her a lot. The gerbil is helping but he's not used to people yet and he's eating the plastic parts of the cage. That makes me kind of sad because Snowball was so sweet. She came running to come out and play and she didn't destroy anything. I'm sure Snickers will get better as he gets used to us. It will just take time.
I also must admit that I was stressing out this week. Things have not been going smoothly here and with everything else we have to get done this week, I was pretty positive there would not be a free file for this week.
Yet, I crossed a hurdle that was stressing me out and, now the whole world looks better! It is amazing how one tiny thing can make such a huge difference in our perspective. It's all good--even if it's not all done. LOL!

Sorry to hear about Snowball. Your gerbils will come around. If they don't have anything to gnaw on, though, they will eat the plastic in their cage. Their teeth grow constantly and they must gnaw on things to keep them trimmed. Our gerbils love the inner rolls from paper towels and toilet paper rolls. They don't eat them, just shred them and add to their bedding. It's great recycling, fun to watch, and good for them too. Merry Christmas!
