Challenge #16

I've got a new challenge up at Paperthreads and I'd love to see you there!  It's part of the 20 Card Challenge and this is definitely one that can be very challenging:  Gift Cards.

For some people, it's really the only gift you can give yet they aren't very exciting to wrap up or to open, for that matter.  So, the challenge is to make a gift card holder of some sorts.  Of course, you could use homemade coupons like a free hug or a day free from chores instead of an actual gift card.

Here are two that I whipped up:

(It is available here.) and

(It is available here.)

The pop up is certainly a fun one and I thought for sure that the gift card would fall out of it.  Nope.  I held it upside down and shook it and the card stayed put!  That is without adhesive holding it in place either--just the fold of the aperture!

Now, of course you may use either of the above files (and they are on sale for 50% off right now), or you can use any file you wish.  If you do use one of my files, though, please send me a picture at ijr41ug @ yahoo.com (take out the spaces, please) and I'll give you a free file of your choosing.  Now that's a great deal!

I can't wait to see what you make for the challenge!  So, pop on over here and check out the details.

Until next time, Happy Creative Time!
