Yay for Fridays!

Hey, we made it to Friday! Yay! That means many things including the weekly free file. Yet, before we get to that, I'd like to share something I thought was very special.

Friday's in the fall here mean nights at the local high school football field. In parts of this country, that is everything. People who do not even have kids will go to the game to cheer on their favorite team. They wouldn't miss it for anything; it means that much to them.

Now, imagine being asked to cheer for the other team.

Here's an article about a town that did just that. Warning: You may need a tissue to read this one. I know I did, but it was so worth it.

And for this week's free file:

I made this for a friend who is going through a rough time. I intend to use it on a journal for her.

While this file is offered freely here, it is still covered by my Terms of Use. Thank you so much for recommending my blog to your friends so that they may download the file for themselves.

The password is iagreetotou (no capitals, no spaces and no punctuation).

Sorry, these links have expired. Please look for this and other cool files in the
I Scrap Designs
store at Paperthreads.

If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to e-mail me at ijr41ug @ yahoo.com (please, take out the spaces) and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Happy Creative Time!

Thanks for the file Ileana. I followed the link and read the story. Still close to tears. It is refreshing to see that there is still "care and compassion" left in this world. All is not lost as it were. Thanks again. Rockin Robin C

reminded me of Christopher Robin and Pooh bear as soon as I read it. A quote I use often, thankyou. A wonderful story, should happen more often!

Thanks for the great quote and great story--now if the whole world treated everyone like this, wouldn't it be great?
