Taking Care of Business

Please allow me to explain a bit about the workings and policies behind I Scrap Designs.

First, I spend a great deal of time and energy on each and every file I create.  Every node is meticulously examined and every file is always carefully test cut.  I hold my files to a very high standard and if they do not pass, then they do not go out the door.  Rest assured, whether you get an ISD file for free, by purchasing it, or by joining my Quarterly Membership Club, you are getting the highest quality file possible.

Also, I offer far more free files and they are up for a longer period of time than any other professional designer I know.  Yes, my free files are offered only on a temporary basis.  They expire on Sunday.  Sometimes, they are up a little while longer; however, that is not the norm.  When they expire, I start the work to put them up to the store.

Considering the quality of my files, the prices are not very high at all.  In addition to that, all my files go on sale for at least 40% off on a frequent basis.

The best way to not miss a free file here is to subscribe to my blog by e-mail.  The link for that is on the left just under where it says "Sign Up For Automatic Updates."  This way you won't miss a single post, the free files (including those that are not advertised on the groups), nor the contests for free files that I host here.

If you prefer not to receive an e-mail reminder every time I post to my blog, check back here every Friday afternoon or Saturday.  Please keep in mind, however, that the links to the free file will expire on Sunday.

Now, with that said, if you missed this past week's free file, I'm going to give you one of two ways you can still get it for free.

First, if you forward me a (new or old) Paperthreads receipt showing at least one file purchase from I Scrap Designs, I'll send you the Swirly Frame Card for free.  My e-mail is ijr41ug @ yahoo.com (please, take out the spaces) and I'll need to know what format your cutter takes as well.  Thanks!

Second, if you cannot afford to purchase a file, send me pictures of 5 different projects you have made using any of my previous free files and I'll send you the Swirly Frame Card file for free.  Again, I'll need to know what format your cutter uses and you can send the pictures to ijr41ug @ yahoo.com (please, take out the spaces).

Finally, to my friends who regularly read my blog, I apologize for this post.  Please know that I am okay.  Sometimes, you just have to take care of business.  Please check back again tomorrow.  I promise it will be more fun and maybe even funny too.  Thank you so much for reading my blog!  I really appreciate it.

Until next time, Happy Creative Time!

I agree with Sue---well said! I love your files, always try to check on the weekend for the freebie and I never share it with anyone--and try to post it on projects in the forum. Of course I do share it in the cards I make for loved ones. Thanks for what you do!

It really does take lots of time and attention to detail to create a really good file. Yours are always very well done, and I so appreciate your continually sharing some of them. Thank you, Ileana.
