My husband's grand plan for tomorrow: get a blood test, go snake hunting, and find a professional tree trimmer who will remove one wicked bougainvillea plant and trim an extremely tall palm tree. (We definitely don't need the hubby falling off a ladder this week too! LOL!)
The snake hunting plan: to first get out the longest and sharpest garden implements we have and then fill the hole with water in the hopes that if the snake is still around, it will come out of hiding. I don't doubt my husband will be asking for a jar and a bottle of rubbing alcohol to keep at least part of his "friend" as a souvenir if he finds it. LOL!
While he's going hunting, I'm going to be standing by with the cell phone and car keys ready. Can't be too prepared you know!
If his first grand plan doesn't work, he's talking about going to the pet store to buy a frozen rat. He's then going to go buy some poison to "feed" the rat so he can then feed the snake. I didn't even know you could buy frozen rats.
Seriously, I'm hoping the snake has already gone on it's way out of town! If not, though, keep my hubby in your prayers because I'm not too sure of his luck. I'm fairly confident that his guardian angel has done some serious over-time work on more than one occasion. Hopefully, his angel won't be on vacation tomorrow!
Until next time, Happy Creative Time!

Good luck on the snake hunting and don't blame him one bit for wanting to keep a token from that darn slithering thing. "H" killed a copper head this past summer here in the driveway. Didn't know we had any of them in this area. Will be keeping fingers crossed for safe hunting (for all of you!)
I will definitely say prayers for you husband to be safe Suzanne
Fingers crossed and prayers going skyward!
Oh geeezzz, good luck to hubby and cannot wait to hear the results of his "hunt"
Hope all went well with the snake hunt!
Ooohhhh Man! Can't you talk him out of this plan? Maybe hire one of those exterminators companies that includes snakes or something?
