My Wow Moment!

My kids have finished their last full day of school for the year. Phew! It was a long one too since I spent almost the whole day running around the place. There was the last party for the first graders and my last thing to do as Homeroom Mom. (Boy, am I glad that is done!) Then there was my third grader's party that I helped out at for a bit before I could finish up things for my class.

It's a good feeling to know there are only two more "get ups", two more "drop offs" and two more "pick ups". Yes, just two more half days and summer will have begun for the Russell household. I'm excited!!!

Yet, that isn't my Wow Moment! My Wow Moment came this week-end when I was honored with this:

Penny Duncan has graced my blog with the Lemonade Stand Award for attitude and gratitude. All I can say is WOW! She really made my day. Now, according to the rules, I get to make someone else's day. Here are the rules for this award.
