We had a great day yesterday. Our son successfully turned 9. He chose his favorite, very yummy pizza place for dinner but he just couldn't decide on a desert. He wanted, a giant frosted chocolate chip cookie, brownies, devil's food chocolate cake with chocolate icing, and an ice-cream cake too. LOL! I baked him the brownies and we got him an ice-cream cake to go along with it. I told him he could help me bake his devil's food cake this week-end. So, in all he is one happy boy.
