An Offer

We’re going to make an offer on the house we like tomorrow. I am excited and nervous at the same time. Buying a home is such a major thing. We did check out the home for safety issues and I’m glad to say it passed. My husband even took the listing into work and had his friends check it out. It got their approval too. It’s not on a flood plain nor is it in a hurricane evacuation zone. So we seem to be in good shape. Even so, I’d appreciate your prayers. There are still so many factors that could go wrong.
